Searching for, selecting, and hiring employees Maintaining the employee database Conducting interviews Organizing the adaptation of new employees Preparing training and professional development programs Monitoring compliance with internal company rules Improving the work environment and implementing motivation programs Resolving personnel-related issues and conflicts The candidate must be able to handle HR paperwork and work in accordance with labor legislation. Knowledge is required in preparing employee personal files, employment contracts, orders, directives, and proper maintenance of all necessary HR documentation.
