No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. As a Truck Driver Recruiter Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to contact prospective CDL drivers using leads provided by the company, assess their qualifications, guide them through the hiring process, and maintain communication until they are successfully hired by one of our partner carriers.
