Almaty January 2026 This letter outlines the terms and conditions relating to the internship with Cushman & Wakefield VERITAS, Central Eurasia. Position: Intern Responsibilities: • Reception: coordinate and administrate correspondence, meetings and calls. • Hospitality: follow and use hospitality and service standards. • Administration of projects documentation: Project Charter, Projects Schedule, Project Budget, Regular Meetings, Meetings Minutes. • Coordinate projects activities: meetings, calls. • Learn and use Company data and time management software on daily bases. • Conducting weekly reporting to the Directors. Main expectations: • Professional English and Russian are must; • Ability to persuade, negotiate; • Good speech, initiative, responsible presentable appearance; • Analytical mind-set, high performance and efficiency; • The desire to achieve good results, attention to clients, client oriented. Corporate culture: Dress code Smart suit is preferable. On Friday or pre-holiday day smart casual is allowed (if there is no formal meetings). Conditions: • Employment under labor contract basis. • 40 hours working week – hybrid workplace: work from office and work from home. • Probation period: three (3) months. • Salary is net of associated taxes per month during probation period. Salary upon successful completion of probation period is subject for post-probation assessment. Income and social taxes will be paid by the Company. • Bonus: extra remuneration is subject to company policy and reaching KPIs. • Position reports to: Projects Leaders, on project bases. • Senior Supervision by: Partner of the company. • The post is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan or Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
