Position: SMM Intern (with a track to SMM Manager) Employment Type: Full-time, Paid Internship Format: Hybrid (Remote or Tashkent office) About the Company Aston Education Group is an end-to-end international education consultancy helping ambitious students gain admission to the world's top universities. We provide end-to-end support at every stage of the journey—from free initial consultations and standardised test preparation to securing admission offers, student visas, and international internships. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan for the company's primary social media platforms, including Instagram, Telegram, and LinkedIn. • Support and lead daily SMM projects, creating engaging content tailored to the specific format and audience of each platform. • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, viral formats, and social media tools, actively proposing creative ideas to enhance our brand visibility. • Coordinate social media posting schedules, design elements, and digital campaigns closely with the marketing team. Candidate Requirements • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English are required. • Demonstrable experience and a portfolio in SMM projects, specifically within Instagram, Telegram, and LinkedIn. • A highly creative mindset with a sharp eye for visual aesthetics and engaging copywriting. • Practical experience in setting up and managing targeted advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Telegram Ads, etc.) will be considered a significant advantage. • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and teamwork. • A degree or professional certification in marketing would be an advantage. Benefits & Conditions • Career Growth: This is a 2-month paid internship followed by a comprehensive performance review.
