Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Monitor and evaluate truck MPG (Miles Per Gallon) performance to ensure compliance with company fuel efficiency standards. Track, analyze, and manage driver idling time to minimize unnecessary fuel consumption. Review fuel purchase transactions and identify irregularities, excessive fuel usage, or policy violations. Provide drivers with fuel-saving recommendations and operational guidance to improve efficiency and driving behavior.
