Location: Uzbekistan / Tashkent Job type: Full time or Part time Reporting line: Head of Revenue Management and Customer Service Position Summary Support the Revenue Management team in improving the efficiency of bill collection. The intern will assist with data analysis, account monitoring, and reporting activities to help drive collection rates toward target levels. This is a learning-focused role with hands-on exposure to financial operations, debt recovery processes, and client account management. Responsibilities & Duties  Assist in monitoring customer account records, including charges, payments made or missed, and account status updates.  Support data entry and maintenance of the accounts database to ensure accuracy and currency of records.  Help analyze collection rates by TSST segment (category/geography) using Excel and internal reporting tools.  Assist in preparing reports and KPI dashboards on revenue collection performance for management.  Support the identification of process shortfalls and contribute ideas for improving collection workflows.  Help coordinate communications and follow-up actions with relevant departments.  Carry out ad hoc analytical and administrative tasks as directed by the Head of Revenue Management.  Always maintain confidentiality of all customers and organizational information. Required Qualifications:  Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.  Strong analytical and numerical skills — comfortable working with data and financial figures.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data sorting and filtering).  Good command of MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).  Proficiency in Uzbek and/or Russian; English is an advantage. Desired Skills & Personal Attributes:  Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy and data quality.  Ability to handle and organize large datasets in a structured way.  Proactive attitude and willingness to learn financial and debt recovery processes.  Good time management — able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.  Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential financial information.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Hardworking, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute. Note  This is an entry-level internship role. Prior professional experience is not required. The role is designed to develop practical skills in financial analysis, customer account management, and revenue operations.
