岗位名称：物料计划工程师 Position Title: Material Planning Engineer 工作地点：吉扎克 Work Location: Jizzakh 汇报上级：物流主管 Reports to: Logistics Supervisor 所属部门：乌兹金亭/物流部 Department: UZ JAH / Logistics Department 职级： Job Grade: 直属下级人数：0人 Number of Direct Reports: 0 主要职责Asosiy vazifalar 1. 负责本公司生产原材料及低耗品的采购订单制作(国产件采购订单制作、进口件采购)； Responsible for the production of raw materials and low-consumption products of the company's purchase orders (domestic parts purchase order production, imported parts purchase); 2. 负责运行MRP，生成PLN，编制物料平衡表，物料滚动预测表； Responsible for running MRP, generating PLN, preparing material balance sheet, material rolling forecast sheet 3. 采购订单编制，订单按时下达; Preparation of purchase orders, orders issued on time 4. 订单到货跟踪; Order arrival tracking 5. 物料库存管理，设定安全库存，确保库存在合理范围内; Material inventory management, set safety inventory, ensure inventory within a reasonable range; 6. 异常订单，到货异常的处理; Handling abnormal orders and arrival of goods; 7. 供应商管理，对供应商到货及时率、工作配合度、异常问题及时响应等进行KPI考核; Supplier management, KPI assessment of supplier timely arrival rate, work cooperation, timely response to abnormal problems, etc. 8. 缺料及时响应，并提供缺料解决方案; Timely response to shortage of materials, and provide shortage of materials solutions; 9. 新项目的导入工作，测料，缺料分析，物料到货跟踪，确保生产前物料到货。 New project introduction work, material measurement, lack of material analysis, material arrival tracking, ensure material arrival before production. 10. Strong ability to withstand pressure 专业工作技能和核心技能 Kasbiy va Asosiy Ko'nikmalar 1. 熟悉运用ERP、OFFICE等工作软件，了解WMS,MES系统。 Familiar with ERP, OFFICE and other work software, and understand WMS, MES systems 2. 熟知MRP,MPS,产能规划等生产计划物料计划常用工具； Familiar with MRP,MPS, capacity planning and other production planning material planning tools; 3. 掌握IATF/16949、QIBS、ISO标准； Master IATF/16949, QIBS, ISO standards; 4. 要求中文会读会认，熟练使用EXCEL表，会使用电子邮箱收发邮件，有工厂工作或实习经验优先 Candidates must be able to read and recognize Chinese, be proficient in using Excel, and be able to send and receive emails. Factory work or internship experience is preferred. 所需经验，教育背景 Talab Qilingan Tajriba va Ta'lim 1. 大专及以上学历，物流管理类相关专业优先； College degree or above, major in logistics management is preferred; 2. 3年以上相关生产计划工作经历，有汽车整车、汽车零部件等行业经验者优先； More than 3 years related production planning experience, automotive,auto parts and other industry experience is preferred 价值观Qadriyat 洞察力；客户意识与结果导向；团队协作。 Insight; customer awareness and results orientation; teamwork.
