岗位需求说明书Ish tavsifi 岗位简述Ishning qisqacha tavsifi 岗位名称：质量工程师 Position Title: Quality Engineer 工作地点：吉扎克 Work Location: Jizax 汇报上级：质量主管 Reports to: Quality Supervisor 所属部门：乌兹金亭/质量部 Department: UZ-Jinting / Quality Department 职级：（暂空） Job Grade: (To be determined) 直属下级人数：0人 Number of Direct Reports: 0 主要职责Asosiy vazifalar 1、负责产品质量控制和管理工作，确保产品符合相关质量标准和客户要求； Responsible for product quality control and management to ensure products comply with relevant quality standards and customer requirements; 2、制定和执行质量检验计划，对生产过程进行检查和监控，及时发现并解决质量问题； 2. Develop and execute quality inspection plans, monitor and audit production processes to promptly identify and resolve quality issues; 3、参与产品设计和开发过程，提供质量方面的建议和支持，确保产品涉及满足质量要求； 3. Participate in product design and development processes, provide quality-related suggestions and support to ensure product designs meet quality requirements; 4、参与质量数据的收集、整理和分析，提供质量报告和统计分析，为改进产品质量和生产工艺提供依据； 4. Participate in the collection, organization and analysis of quality data, provide quality reports and statistical analysis to support product quality and process improvements; 5、跟踪和处理客户投诉，协调内部资源解决客户问题，提高客户满意度； 5. Track and handle customer complaints, coordinate internal resources to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction; 6、参与质量管理体系的建立、维护和改进，确保公司质量管理体系符合相关标准和认证要求； 6. Participate in the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system to ensure compliance with relevant standards and certification requirements; 7、负责质量工具和方法的培训与推广，提高全员质量意识和质量技能水平； 7. Responsible for training and promoting quality tools and methods to enhance organization-wide quality awareness and skills; 8、积极完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。 8. Quick to adapt to new challenges with achievement orientation. 专业工作技能和核心技能 Kasbiy va asosiy texnik ko‘nikmalar 1、具备制造业质量理论知识与实践能力； 1.Possesses theoretical knowledge and practical skills in manufacturing quality; 2、拥有熟悉运用CAD、OFFICE、EXCEL等办公软件软件技能； 2. Proficient in using office software such as CAD, Office, and Excel; 3、具备精益优化思想及实践能力； 3. Has lean optimization mindset and practical implementation capabilities; 所需经验，教育背景 Tajriba va ta'lim talablari 1、大专及以上学历，理工类相关专业优先； 1.College degree or above, with preference given to science and engineering related majors; 2、2年以上制造业质量工程师工作经历。 2. Over 2 years of work experience as a quality engineer in the manufacturing industry; 3、有汽车零配件等行业经验者优先； 3. Experience in automotive parts and other related industries is preferred; 4、团队带教能力。 4.
