JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business expansion by identifying new market opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our corporate clients. The successful candidate will act as a key representative of our company, conducting high-level negotiations, delivering professional presentations of Charos.ai, and consistently achieving strategic revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed designated sales quotas for our AI solutions. Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Cultivate and maintain strong, value-based relationships with B2B clients and key decision-makers (C-level executives). Conduct professional product/service presentations tailored to address specific client needs and business challenges using Charos.ai capabilities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions within the corporate CRM system. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to propose strategic adjustments to the sales approach and product development. Uncapped Commission-Based Earnings: A highly lucrative 10% commission on all closed sales. This is a 100% performance-based role (no fixed base salary). Your total income is directly driven by your results, giving you complete and unlimited control over your earning potential. Flexible Schedule: Complete freedom to manage your own working hours.
