This is a full-time, on-site role in Tashkent for a Procurement Specialist, reporting directly to the Procurement Supervisor. The role involves processing purchase requisitions, obtaining and evaluating supplier quotations, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. The Procurement Specialist monitors order status, maintains procurement records, and supports procurement reporting and documentation. • Process and manage purchase requisitions by reviewing documentation, specifications, and cost details to ensure accuracy and compliance with established requirements before submitting for approval. • Support procurement activities by coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to obtain quotations, confirm availability, track deliveries, and resolve routine procurement-related issues. • Assist in market research and supplier communication, maintaining effective working relationships with vendors to monitor pricing, availability, and market conditions under the guidance of the Procurement Supervisor. • Participate in negotiations and contract preparation in coordination with the Procurement Supervisor and Commercial Manager, contributing to documentation and ensuring contractual requirements are properly reflected. • Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment, proper documentation, and closure without financial loss. • Maintain procurement records and prepare reports on supplier performance, order status, and procurement activities for review by the Procurement Supervisor and Commercial Manager.
