The Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages ​​named after Is'hoqkhon Ibrat was established by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-275 dated June 9, 2022. The institute specializes in foreign languages, and currently the institute is training personnel in 18 educational areas at the bachelor's level and 8 specialties at the master's level. The institute currently has a full-time and evening form of education. Institute operates 2 faculties and 7 departments. 97 professors and teachers work in these departments as part of the main staff, of which 4 are doctors of science, professors, 32 are candidates of science, doctors of philosophy (PhD), and associate professors.
