Juru announces a vacancy for a Contracts Specialist in its Finance & Contracting team in Tashkent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Key responsibilities. You will draft and negotiate service, employment, corporate and NDA agreements, and work with partners and subcontractors on scope, payment terms and liability. You will manage contracts from signing to close-out, track compliance and deadlines, assess contractual risk, and help resolve disputes and variation claims. You will also maintain the company's contract templates and negotiation playbook, coordinate with Finance and Project teams, and prepare monthly reports for senior management. Candidate requirements. A completed law degree (LLB or equivalent). Experience is not required: strong academic results, moot court or internship experience will be considered. You should understand risk allocation tools such as liability caps, performance bonds and insurance, be confident in MS Excel, and be able to read payment milestones and VAT implications.
