We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for motivated, fluent English speakers. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Sourcing: Post jobs and source qualified drivers using Indeed and other major platforms. Outbound Outreach: Confidently handle cold calling and follow up with passive leads. Inbound Handling: Answer incoming "hot line" calls from interested driver applicants. Lead Management: Maintain the CRM and execute strict follow-ups to close candidates. 💼 Requirements: English: Fluent/Advanced spoken and written English (essential). Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, persistence, and strong negotiation skills. Experience: Background in US trucking, recruitment, or cold sales is a big plus.
