We are currently looking for an active and sociable Customer Service Manager who is ready to grow with us. What you have to do: • Consult clients by phone (work only with a ready—made database - you don't need to look for anyone); • Conduct consultations in the format of a "dialogue", talk about the company's products and help customers choose the best solution.; • Maintain constant contact with clients and build long-term relationships; • Work with KPIs and demonstrate results. We are looking for someone who: • English language proficiency — Upper-Intermediate and higher (for communication with clients); • Has a competent speech and is able to build a trusting dialogue; • Active, ambitious and result-oriented; • Experience in sales or consulting will be an advantage, but not required — we teach.
