Responsible for the overall quality management of the factory. 2. 对部门日常安全管理负责。 2. Responsible for the day-to-day management of security in the department. 3. 对部门各项管理目标的制定和达成负责。 3. Responsible for the development and achievement of departmental management objectives. 4. 对部门年度预算的制定和达成负责。 4. Be responsible for the development and achievement of the department's annual budget. 5. 对进厂原材料的验收管理负责，并负责量产阶段原材料不良问题的处理。 5. VDA6.3 internal auditor qualification. 所需经验，教育背景 Required experience, educational background 1、 本科及以上学历，理工类相关专业优先； 1、 Bachelor degree or above, science and technology related majors are preferred; 2、 10年以上工作经历，其中3年以上管理经验。 2. More than 10 years of work experience, including more than 3 years of management experience. 3、 有汽车零部件及线束行业经验者优先； 3、 Experience in automotive parts and wiring harness industry is preferred; 4、 团队带教能力。 4.
