岗位需求说明书Ish tavsifi 岗位简述Ishning qisqacha tavsifi 岗位名称：销售主管 Position Title: Sales Supervisor 工作地点：塔什干 Work Location: Tashkent 汇报上级：工厂总经理/销售总监 Reports To: Factory General Manager / Sales Director 所属部门：乌兹金亭/ 销售部 Department: UZ JAH / Sales Department 职级：（暂空） Job Grade: (To be determined) 直属下级人数：3人 Number of Direct Subordinates: 3 主要职责Asosiy vazifalar 1. 负责汽车线束产品在乌兹别克斯坦及周边市场的销售工作，开发和维护客户关系； 1. Responsible for the sales of automotive wiring harness products in Uzbekistan and surrounding markets, developing and maintaining customer relationships; 2. 协助制定区域销售策略，按时完成新客户开拓及新项目定点目标； 2. Assist in formulating regional sales strategies and achieve targets for new customer development and new project nomination on time; 3. 推进各类商务洽谈工作，跟催货款回笼 3. Promote various business negotiations and follow up on payment collection; 4. 深入了解当地市场，收集客户需求及竞争对手信息，为公司决策提供支持； 4. Gain an in-depth understanding of the local market, collect customer needs and competitor information to support company decision-making; 5. 定期向中国总部销售中心汇报销售业绩及市场动态； 5. Regularly report sales performance and market dynamics to the sales center at China Head Office; 6. 完成销售领导布置的其他相关工作 6. Complete other related tasks assigned by sales leader; 7. 与中国总部保持良好沟通，协调资源，提升客户满意度； 7. Maintain good communication with China Head Office, coordinate resources, and enhance customer satisfaction; 8. 定期出差拜访国内外客户，包括出差到中国总部汇报工作； 8. Travel regularly to visit domestic and international customers, including business trips to China Head Office for work reporting; 9. 配合当地管理团队的考勤及日常事务安排，遵守公司内部规章制度。 9. Able to adapt to a multicultural work environment and excels in teamwork. 专业工作技能和核心技能 Kasbiy va asosiy texnik ko‘nikmalar 熟悉乌兹别克斯坦当地市场及客户资源，了解汽车行业客户需求； Familiar with the local market and customer resources in Uzbekistan, and understands the needs of automotive industry clients. 所需经验，教育背景 Tajriba va ta'lim talablari 1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、国际贸易、机械工程等相关专业优先； 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Marketing, International Trade, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; 2. 2年以上销售经验，熟悉汽车零部件行业，有线束产品销售经验者优先； 2.Minimum 2 years of sales experience, familiarity with the automotive components industry, with preference given to those with wiring harness sales experience; 3.具备良好的英语沟通能力，能与国际客户及中国总部进行流畅交流； 3.
