岗位名称：项目工程师 Job Title: Project engineer 工作地点：吉扎克 Work Location: Jizzakh 汇报上级：工厂总经理 Reports To: General Manager 所属部门：项目部 Department: Project Department 职级： Job Level: 直属下级人数：0人 Number of subordinates:0 主要职责 1. 负责新项目内部APQP策划及客户项目进展汇报。 Responsible for internal APQP planning for new projects and reporting project progress to clients. 2. 负责APQP的整体执行，收集各部门APQP文件，并推动项目进展。 Oversee the overall execution of APQP, collect APQP documents from various departments, and drive project progress. 3.负责建立新项目的组织架构，人员职责清单的划分，负责项目投产的资源协调及安排。 Establish the organizational structure for new projects, define personnel responsibility lists, and coordinate and arrange resources for project launch. 4.负责建立项目整体计划并定期更新，跟踪监督各功能成员及对应部门的输出物和完成进度，并形成记录。 Develop and regularly update the overall project plan, monitor and track deliverables and progress from functional members and corresponding departments, and maintain records. 5.负责组织各开发阶段的项目评审会议，项目问题清单，并跟踪完成进度。 Organize project review meetings at each development stage, maintain a project issue list, and track completion progress. 6.负责开发阶段，项目相关的客户紧急事件的应对安排以及跟踪完成情况。 Handle client emergencies related to the project during the development phase, arrange responses, and track completion status. 7.负责项目成本及预算使用的控制。 Manage project costs and control budget usage. 8.积极完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。 Actively complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 任职资格Qualifications 能力要求 Skills & Qualification 什么/如何 What&How 领导力和综合要求Leadership and General Requirements 1， 具有良好的沟通、协调、组织、分析解决问题及项目推进能力； Strong communication, coordination, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills. 2， 抗压能力强，逻辑思维严谨、清晰； Ability to work under pressure, with rigorous and clear logical thinking 3， 快速接受新事物，成就导向。 Quick adaptability to new challenges and results-oriented mindset 专业工作技能和核心技能 Professional and Core Skills 1、熟悉项目产品APQP的开发要求，每个阶段的主要开发内容和工作方法； Familiar with the development requirements of APQP for project products, including the main development content and working methods at each stage. 2、了解主机厂的开发过程，熟悉公司内部相关流程； Understand the development process of OEMs and be familiar with internal company-related procedures. 3、熟悉项目产品的生产制造流程、质量控制方法； Proficient in the production and manufacturing processes of project products, as well as quality control methods. 4、了解项目产品相关的法律法规要求。 Knowledgeable about the legal and regulatory requirements related to project products. 所需经验，教育背景 Required Experience and Educational Background 1， 本科及以上学历； Bachelor's degree or higher， 2， 3年以上相关项目管理工作经历，有PMP证书，有汽车行业经验者优先； Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience; PMP certification and experience in the automotive industry is preferred 3， 具有良好的语言表达能力；英语/中文听说流利 Strong verbal communication skills,fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese 4， 熟练掌握Office,Project、Powerpoint等常用的办公软件 Proficient in common office software such as Office, Project, and PowerPoint. 5， 团队带教能力。 Ability to mentor and guide team members. 价值观Insightfulness 洞察力；客户意识与结果导向；团队协作。 Customer Awareness and Results Orientation; Team Collaboration
