📝 Position: HR Specialist (female candidates only) 🏗 Department: Human Resources 🕒 Working hours: 13:00 – 20:00 (5/2), office-based 📍 Location: City center About the Role We are looking for a proactive and ambitious specialist for an HR and Operations Manager role. You will help build an effective team structure and HR processes, while also contributing to business development and strategic management. Responsibilities - At the initial stage: implement and organize full HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development - Gradually build and manage the HR department - Monitor employee performance and effectiveness, conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions - Participate in company strategy development alongside leadership - Improve internal processes and enhance team efficiency - Foster a strong corporate culture and support employee growth - Contribute to business expansion and team scaling Career Growth At the beginning, you will be responsible for HR functions. Within 6 months, a transition to a leadership role is expected, with full ownership of the HR department and expanded responsibilities.
