Job description
Work with CRM systems and recruitment platforms such as Indeed and Facebook. ( will Teach) Conduct proactive outbound (cold/hot) calls to qualified leads. Recruit, screen, and hire qualified drivers. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for each successful hire. Maintain accurate records and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
