We are an international virtual call center, founded in 2020. The company’s headquarters are located in St. Petersburg, Florida (USA). We specialize in interpretation and localization services, working with startups and large international corporations. Who We Are Looking For • Interpreters fluent in English and Korean/Chinese. • For work in the field of medical interpreting. • We consider both experienced specialists and entry-level interpreters with a high level of language proficiency. Responsibilities • Interpreting “doctor–patient” conversations (phone calls / online / video). • Consulting clients in English and Korean according to approved scripts. • Adhering to medical ethics and strict data confidentiality. • Keeping brief notes and a personal glossary. • Communicating with shift coordinators. • Participating in training sessions and quality assurance (QA) checks. Requirements • Fluency in English and Korean/Chinese. • Verified language proficiency (TOPIK, IELTS, HSK, or equivalent) or experience in oral interpretation. • Clear speech and the ability to convey meaning quickly and accurately. • Experience in medical interpreting, call centers, or telemedicine is a plus. • Stress resistance, empathy, and professional ethics. • Willingness to work night shifts (19:00–04:00 / 17:00–02:00, other shifts available). • Willingness to sign an NDA and comply with internal quality standards. Training and Onboarding • Full training with an international trainer. • Medical terminology and ethics. • Consecutive and simultaneous interpreting techniques. • Working with RSI platforms. • Final certification and approval for shifts. • Regular QA sessions and glossary updates. Technical Requirements (for Remote Work) • Stable wired internet connection (preferably 50–100 Mbps). • Professional noise-canceling headset. • Quiet workspace. • PC / laptop: Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 or higher. • 8–16 GB RAM. • Camera and second monitor are a plus.
