Future Open Technology Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our HR department. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our team in delivering effective human resources services. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in Human Resources and learn about HR best practices in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding activities by preparing orientation materials and assisting new hires during their integration into the company. Help maintain accurate HR records and databases. Participate in employee engagement activities and assist with organizing training sessions and workshops. Conduct research on HR topics and prepare reports to support HR initiatives. Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence and maintaining filing systems. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in human resources and eagerness to learn. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Benefits Five-day work week: Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. Office in the center of Tashkent, near Oybek metro station. Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
