Job description

A Foreman is responsible for supervising and managing all construction activities on the site. This includes controlling the quality of work, ensuring safety compliance, allocating workforce, monitoring materials, coordinating tasks, working with project documentation, and delivering the project on time. The foreman ensures that construction is carried out according to drawings, technical standards, and project deadlines.

Job requirements

• Нigher or vocational education in construction Minimum 6 years’ experience as a foreman Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong organizational and communication skills Responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail
