Export Manager — Zamin Garden About us Zamin Garden is an Uzbek exporter of dried fruits and pulses — raisins, dried apricots, prunes, walnuts, kidney beans. We supply wholesale buyers in Turkey, the Gulf, Germany and the wider EU, North Africa, the CIS and Central Asia, and we exhibit at international food trade fairs. What you'll do Find and qualify wholesale buyers in target markets (Turkey, Gulf, EU, North Africa, CIS) Handle inbound leads from Alibaba, our website, trade fairs and RFQ platforms Prepare quotations, negotiate price and terms, close contracts Manage the full order cycle: contract → sample → production planning → shipment → payment Prepare and check export documentation: invoice, packing list, contract, certificate of origin (Form A / EUR.1), phytosanitary certificate, declaration, CMR/BL Coordinate with logistics providers and freight forwarders on truck, container and rail shipments Represent the company at trade fairs and buyer meetings abroad Keep the client base and deal pipeline up to date in CRM Requirements 1+ years in export sales, foreign trade or international logistics (agro/food sector is a strong plus) English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (written correspondence with buyers daily) Russian — fluent; Uzbek — fluent Understanding of Incoterms 2020 (FCA, CPT, CFR, DAP), HS codes and basic customs procedures Confident with Excel, email, and messengers used in trade (WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat) Ready to travel abroad for fairs and buyer visits Will be an advantage Turkish or Arabic language Experience with Alibaba, TradeKey, Europages or similar B2B platforms Existing buyer contacts in the dried fruit / nuts / pulses trade Knowledge of GSP+ and Uzbekistan–Turkey preferential trade rules of origin We offer Paid business trips to international trade fairs (Istanbul, Dubai, etc.) Real product, real factory — you sell what we produce ourselves How to apply Send your CV to info@zamingarden.uz or Telegram @zamingarden.
