The main objectives of the Foundation are to develop the sphere of culture and art through the implementation of financial, organizational and creative projects.; support for cultural and artistic figures, creative initiatives and cultural events; expansion of international and interstate cultural ties, development of cooperation with international organizations and foundations; attracting foreign investments, grants, funds from patrons and donors for the implementation of projects in the field of culture and art; promoting the integration of Uzbekistan's art into the global cultural space and promoting the country's cultural potential; improving the system of training and advanced training of personnel in the field of culture and art; improving the efficiency of museums and other cultural institutions, taking into account international experience; development and strengthening of the material and technical base of cultural institutions, construction and repair of cultural facilities; implementation of joint projects with international institutions, governments, patrons and donors; study and implementation of advanced foreign experience in financing and management in the field of culture and art; development of paid services and attraction of additional financial resources; ensuring effective and targeted use of allocated funds; implementation of measures for financial incentives and social protection of employees of the Fund and its system.
